Suggestions for cancer research Mark McIlroy 11 August 2022 My suggestions are in the form of questions. 1. I believe that there are no cancers of the muscles. Why? Every other organ and structure of the body can grow cancers except for muscles. 2. Many cancers can spread to other areas of the body. This means that a tumour must be able to release a chemical into the blood that causes tumours to spring up in other areas of the body. What is this chemical and can its action be blocked. 3. I have read that sharks do not get cancer. I don't know if this is true but if it is, investigating why could provide clues.
