1. Have a fan outside the house with ducts to each room in the house.


2. Automatic controller with this procedure:


	If the outside air is hotter than the inside air

		If the inside air is below target temperature

			Turn on the fan

	If the outside air is cooler than the inside air

		If the inside air is above the target temperature

			Turn on the fan


3. Have a fan big enough to replace the inside air in 10 minutes.


Benefits

1. Low cost to purchase.


2. Very low ongoing costs.


3. Usable when the daytime temperature is very different from the nighttime temperature, or the temperature varies a lot from day to day or season to season.


4. Not usable in very cold climates or tropical climates.
