	1. In the poor areas the women control the money, in the rich areas the men control the money.

		you will accumnulate quite a large amount of financial value.

		a gift or inheritance from your parents, or from having two incomes in the household. If you can live 

		on one income and save the other you should accumulate a house deposit within a few years.


	5. Any permanent job can be a good job but if you want to get a higher-paying job you will probably need to improve your

		education by doing a study or training course. While it can be hard work a study course can also be a lot of fun 

		and it makes a pleasant change from work and home.

		Opportunities for higher pay by becoming a team leader or manager are very limited and most people don't 

		have the aptitude for these jobs.


	6. Try to avoid taking out loans if possible, except for a home loan.
	
		Even modest loans can involve repayments that take up a large portion of your income.
