My suggestions for laws to prompt fair operation in the business environment



1. One price for all customers

Differing discounts for different customers, discounts for large volumes, etc to be prohibited. Goods and services must be sold at the same price to any customer.


2. Withholding trade to be banned.

A business must sell its goods and services to any person that has funds to pay in advance. Withholding trade to be prohibited.


3. Selling at a loss to be banned.

Selling goods and services at a loss to be banned.


4. Taking an action to damage a business to be banned. 

Other than providing alternative goods or services in the normal operation of a competing business.


5. Effective settlements.

Laws and/or regulations to be put in place to ensure that debts are paid promptly, e.g. a maximum of 28 days terms on business debts.
