My suggestions for a Covid 19 depression


-All commercial rents for closed businesses to be waived. Commercial leases to be rewritten for the rent to be 5% of the revenue that a business, or a successful business operating from that location, received.

-Top priorities to be - food production, food distribution, telecommunications (phone & internet), nationally and internationally

-Building, car manufacturing to be optional

-Parliment to continue to sit at regular times, by teleconference

-Freight transfer by ship to continue, with arriving ships to wait in port for 20 days for quarantine before unloading

-High priority to news reporting - Television, Radio

-UBI Universal Basic Income for all people physically located on the shores of Australia, to be funded from a wealth tax

-Efforts to be made to continue good relations between countries.

-Migration to Australia to be encouraged to support property prices. Arrivals to have a 14 day quarantine.

-Australian universities to convert to fully online training and enroll students from all over the world.
